Avatar kicks serious butt. Watching "The Firebending Masters" made me more happy than a child at Christmas.

I love Avatar for many reasons. They include the animation and characters and mythology, but when they all come together perfectly, that's when this show really makes me excited. I have never been this excited for a television show my entire life, but I find myself loving Avatar more and more with each episode.

When Zuko was talking about Iroh slaying the last dragon and taking the name of Dragon, I just about peed myself with glee. Something that was so inconsequential and trivial THAT IT WAS MENTIONED IN PASSING in season 1 is brought back and made supremely awesome. I think it may be impossible for me to love Iroh more.

There is more, but I can't form coherent sentences because, my mind, she is blown.

On another note of awesomeness, every time I re-watch Labyrinth, I rediscover how much I truly love it. Every time, I see a new expression on David Bowie's face that I had missed in a previous viewing.

Mmm, the character/mythology episodes are my favorites too.

The mythos is so tightly woven together, which is uncommon is most other tv shows and books series coughHarryPottercough, which have more holes in the plot than a sieve. It is very evident that there was lots and lots of planning and no "wingin' it".

Also, your icon is totally awesome. I knew dragons were going to be the masters, but I wasn't expecting them to be that big and awesome.
